Every passing project needs a visible frontend change, a backend or stored-data change, a live Vercel frontend, a persistent Railway backend, and a three-minute demo. Paid services and a custom domain are optional.
Christopher Celaya spent twelve years fixing machines: a tile plant, a wire plant, a hyperscale data center, and medium-voltage switchgear at Schneider Electric here in El Paso. For most of that time, machines talked to him in fault codes and alarm screens, and the job was figuring out what they meant.
Then the machines learned English, and he did what he had always done: took them apart until they made sense. No computer science degree. Coursework at UTEP and EPCC, and years of nights teaching himself. Today he runs Celaya Solutions Research, an independent lab in El Paso that builds software to do real work.
